I understand that my registration is not complete until I return to the website and sign up to be a campus monitor for two 2hr time slots per semester upon completion of this registration and I acknowledge that if I am unable for any reason, to fulfill these time slots once the semester begins, I will find someone to trade with, or replace me.

I understand that if I do not make payments to tutors by the designated due dates that this negatively affects all of CASA as a support group and will result in dismissal from tutorials and my family being ineligible for membership next year.

I understand that if I am registering for High School Automotive Class that I must volunteer to be a class monitor for 4 classes per semester in addition to my commitments as Tutorial Yard Monitor on Thursdays and that these dates will be arranged and agreed upon with the other parents of students in the class.

I understand that I am responsible for supervising my own children at all times while on Somis campus with CASA, at CASA Hangouts and Field Trips, and that they are not to be left unsupervised during or between tutorials.
