I agree to perform my volunteer duty and understand that if I do not fulfill it or decide to opt-out, I will pay the $250 volunteer opt-out fee.
I understand that CASA is a SUPPORT GROUP and our family will make EVERY EFFORT to support other families by attending CASA's events and Hang Outs.
