As homeschooling families, we represent the homeschooling community as well as our Lord Jesus Christ to those around us. It is important that we as a group leave a good impression.

 

As a member you agree:

  • To return to website and pay your membership of $125 dues immediately upon acceptance and understand that, once paid, are non-refundable and non-transferable. 

  • To pay all fees due to tutors at the agreed upon time

  • To maintain your HSLDA membership (you may use our Group HSLDA Discount Code: 299141) 

  • To keep the CASA Membership Directory, website member support access code, and discount codes confidential.

  • To do your share of service and volunteering in support of the CASA group.

  • To follow the following guidelines at all gatherings and events:

    • Model respectful, kind, and loving behavior towards others at all times.

    • Be punctual as a courtesy to the other members and our hosts.

    • Be responsible for your children’s behavior and safety for the duration of any gathering or event.

    • Learn and comply with the rules of any hosting establishment.

    • Children are not to be dropped off unattended at CASA events, tutorials, co-ops or gatherings

    • Dress modestly and appropriately for the occasion.

    • Be respectful of both private and public property.

    • Clean up after your family and yourself at all events.

    • Thank the individuals who made the event possible.

    • Ensure your children adhere to the CASA Dress Code and CASA Standards of Behavior

NOTE: CASA does not issue refunds for membership dues or donations for any reason.

CASA is an all volunteer organization. Each family must contribute in some way to the organization to have it run smoothly and efficiently. Please state that you understand and agree to participate and volunteer throughout the year.
CASA connects families with local tutors and classes. All families must abide by the individual tutor's requirments, honor their tme and expertise, and fulfill monetary commitments in a timely manner.
Are the children you are homeschooling being schooled at home over 50% of the time?
I, on behalf of my family, agree to keep the C.A.S.A. Membership Directory confidential. We will not give out any information that is in it to anyone outside of C.A.S.A. We will not use it for personal business purposes.
I, on behalf of myself, my students, and our family as a whole, hereby grant C.A.S.A the right to use my own/family’s/children’s’ image, likeness, and artwork in photos or videos for any purposes, including publicity, illustration, advertising, marketing, social media, web content, and the annual yearbook.
Are you currently under a charge, or have you ever been convicted of, or pled guilty to, child abuse or a crime involving actual or attempted sexual misconduct or sexual molestation of a minor?
Are you currently under a charge or have you ever been convicted of, or pled guilty to, possession/sale of controlled substances or of driving under the influence?
I acknowledge that CASA is a support group and that I am joining to support AND be supported. I agree to pay the volunteer opt-out fee of $250 if I do not wish to volunteer and will support others monetarily instead. I also understand that if I do not attend the Parent Potluck and sign up for an event I will be assigned an event to volunteer for. I understand that if I do not fulfill my volunteer duty, I will pay the volunteer opt-out fee of $250.
I, on behalf of myself and our family, certify that the information contained in this application is true and correct to the best of my knowledge. I authorize any of the above references or churches to give you any information that they may have regarding my character.
